Vodacom reveling in 'Poor workmanship'. WTF???

Someone in my office just received this message from Vodacom's customer service department. The phone is ready for collection. But it hasn't been repaired. And the REASON it hasn't been repaired, the reason THEY give, is because of 'poor workmanship'. Finally, some truth in communication.
